We take an idea from first sketch to a shipped, maintained app — design, engineering and the quiet infrastructure behind it.

Interface, flow and the small decisions that make an app feel effortless. We prototype early and cut what doesn't earn its place.

Accounts, sync, notifications and secure storage — set up so your data is private by default and yours to take with you.

Launch is the start. We keep apps current with the platforms, fix quickly, and improve them season by season.

How we work

Order, on purpose.

A handful of principles we hold to on every project — the same few ideas, applied with discipline.

Planned, not patched

We lay out the whole system before writing much of it, so what we build holds its shape as it grows.

To a standard

Consistent patterns, measured performance, and a bar for quality that doesn't move between the first screen and the last.

Private by default

Your data stays yours — kept on the device or your own account, never sold, never mined for ads.

Built to last

We write for the long run — clean code, few dependencies, and apps we're happy to still be running in ten years.

About

A studio, not a factory.

IV Technologies is deliberately small. We'd rather make a few apps we're proud of than churn out many we're not — so we take on a handful of projects at a time and give each one our full attention.

The name is a quiet nod to the first people to plan a city on a grid — laid out to a standard, built to endure. We try to write software the same way.
